Turbo Fire Week 1 Day 3/4

Rested on Wednesday (3)
Picked it back up on Thursday, Today, 4th workout. Schedule said to do Fire 30 class, and Stretch 10.
I did this class on Monday also, and I think that I did a lot better in form this time around. I find it easier to not watch her and listen instead because then I try to keep up with her, and I just cannot go that fast yet. I did a good job in my opinion and I really worked hard though. I even was able to work all the way through the tire first drills and continue on to the next exercise. I did not finish the last set of 7 minutes, because she doesn't teach this very much, she just gets you fired the entire time, so I got lost, and confused. Next time I am going to push through stop after 5 minutes before end, instead of 7 minutes. I think the moves will be easier the third time around for sure.
I added the Curcit class, which was a lot of fun. I wrote down what I could do, and what I can push for later.
1) Warming up using 5lb
2) 12lb all reps
3) 5lbs all reps
4) 6 knee push ups with perfect form
5) 5lbs 10 reps
6) 16lbs 6 reps
7) barley got legs at 45degrees, using 5lbs, 16 reps (this was for abs)
8) 12lbs 7 reps
3 Extreme lunges 12lbs
3 extreme prosteriafly 5lbs
Did last exercise using 5lbs of 12 reps
3 extreme push ups on knees, perfect form.

I also did abb 10 video, but stopped after last 3 minutes, because I lost my form.

Yes i am sore!

Turbo Fire Week 1 Day 2

Tuesday
I was very tired today. It was rough. I gave in a did a couple more shots of espresso than I usually do. I got home, and make to the workout though. 
The schedule called for Hiit 15 class and stretch 10 class. I did this entire video. Near the end I became pretty week and just ended up doing jumping until the last 30 second fire drill ended. The only thing I'm frustrated with is that I cannot do the move where she has you spread your body into a jumping jack and jumping up int the air at the same time, because the ceiling is too low and I'll hit my hands. I feel just jumping, and trying to get my knees to my chest is a good enough modification. I really enjoyed this video. 
I aslo added Tone 30 class like I added the sculpt 30 yesterday. I chose to use the yellow band, instead of the purple or the red. I feel the yellow is in between those to when it comes to resistance. I thought it was almost too easy, but that may be because I was comparing it to the Red band, the first time. I chose to go to the yellow because I wasn't really sore today. I was a little sore when I started to warm up in the beginning of the hiit class, but that wasn't enough in my opinion. I think i'm going to go ahead and use the yellow band so that I can perfect my form and make sure I'm doing all the reps. I do twist it, and double it up in a couple moves, because I do want to challenge myself. I honestly have never been very good at challenging myself, so I'm really excited to be accomplishing all this and succeeding. 
I love how encouraging Charlene is! I think she is smart and she does a good job at describing the form and getting to hit the right muscles. Its nice. 
I also did the ab 10 class which i should have done on Monday, so that I could do it tomorrow. If I am not sore in my abs, I will do this class again tomorrow. Its suggested that I only workout the abs every other day, just like other muscles. So far. I'm cheating slightly, until this month changes from just cardio to cardio and other videos. 
I actually see results, and I love that I concentrate on my muscles. I feel like i am getting stronger and I'm really excited about it.

Turbo Fire Week 1 Day 1

Monday: After the first week being pretty intense, and feeling my way through the workouts, i ended up taking thursday - Sunday off to give myself a rest. I found the workout schedule. I added to it based on my ability. I feel alot more in the game than I did last week and I've picked up where i left off. The first day says to do fire 30 class and stretch 10 class. I did most of the fire 30 class. Most moves were no graceful and it was hard, but i pushed through. i didn't finish the last 7 minutes though. I then decided to go ahead and do the sculpt 30 class, because its complete-able for me, meaning i should keep doing it. It uses resistance bands, and I used the purple last time i did this class, but this time tried the red. The red is too easy in my opinion. But i'm going to continue with the red since I began with it. Same for the next 3 days. I'm gonna do the other two toning and circuit classes like last week, but i'm going to use the red band. When I do the circuit on thursday, I'm gonna be sure to mark down what I'm using weight wise. I probably wont use the resistance bands or those though. Next monday when i start this process all over again, I'm going to use the yellow band and hopefully that will be the right resistance for me. Ankle sorta hurts, but its just sore. i think this might actually get me to start strengthening it. No more excuses not to build muscle. I'm always so afraid of it and I don't want to be. I actually already see results in my body. How crazy is that?! Imagine in 5 months what I'll look like. I prayed before I came down here to have God help me with this though, to keep me energized. I was really tired on the bus, and kept falling asleep.
I think sometimes I forget to count my accomplishments and dwell on how much I haven't accomplished. I think reading a book a week, Applying for jobs, and researching scholarships, eating well, and getting in a hour long workout everyday, are really good accomplishments. AMEN! Thank you jesus!

I walked for about 20 minutes afterwards, just to cool down and feel my legs.

At the end of my run my whole body was itching everywhere, which means I had added fat to every part of my body and the burning sesation was the itching sensation.
I also noticed that i gained a cramp in my stomach.

You don't realize how in shape you were until you take some time off and start up again, seeing that you can't do what you were doing before.

I sat in the sauna for about 20 minutes. Normally i don't time it, i just stretch and wait until i'm completley drentched.

Great first workout after a long time of nothing.
I always miss it.
