I walked for about 20 minutes afterwards, just to cool down and feel my legs.

At the end of my run my whole body was itching everywhere, which means I had added fat to every part of my body and the burning sesation was the itching sensation.
I also noticed that i gained a cramp in my stomach.

You don't realize how in shape you were until you take some time off and start up again, seeing that you can't do what you were doing before.

I sat in the sauna for about 20 minutes. Normally i don't time it, i just stretch and wait until i'm completley drentched.

Great first workout after a long time of nothing.
I always miss it.

Welcome back! Get set!

Unforuntily I threw out my back and had to take 2 weeks off from running or any sort of strenuous workout. I also got sick a week later, so A month flew by without a single bit of excersise. This may happen to you, but keeping focused and realizing that you need the break in order to have any sort of result comes from REST.

So, we begin again.

My next steps are as follows

Get back into my normal enjoyment of running, biking, and spending time in the sauna. If your not one to love the suana, there is also the steam room which does wonders for your skin, or the hot tub which looses the muscles and helps them to relax.
