Marathoning

Marathon training with liz began last monday. We're at a full mile pace of 14minutes - 12minutes. We're working on distance instead of time for right now. We decided to do 7 miles a week for the next 3 weeks, plus other machines on different days.

P90x Stretch is on off day of sundays, as a reward.

Wish us luck.

We're giving ourselves about a year and a half to train.
